Straight answers
No paid implementation project and no feature maze before the first real job card.
No. The subscription belongs to the organisation and includes a practical number of active people. Requesters, technicians and supervisors can work under one account without a separate invoice for every login.
Scale, not the maintenance workflow. Every plan includes job cards, preventive work, checklists, evidence, reporting, history, branding and access controls. Move up when the organisation has more active people or machines.
Every new organisation gets the complete workflow free for its first month. No card is required at signup and paid checkout opens when that trial ends.
After the free month, the annual charge buys the next twelve months for the price of ten monthly payments. Core is R9,900, Team is R24,900 and Plant is R49,900 for the paid year.
Recurring card payments use Paystack's secure hosted checkout. UPWRKS never stores a full card number or CVV; Super Admins see only the masked payment method, invoices, transactions and billing history.
